The New York Philharmonic values your privacy and is committed to protecting the information you share with us. This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) explains how the New York Philharmonic (“New York Philharmonic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, processes, and shares Personal Information in connection with the Shelby White & Leon Levy Digital Archives, available at archives.nyphil.org, as well as related digital platforms that link to this Notice (collectively, the “Sites”).

This Notice applies to Personal Information collected from visitors to our Digital Archives Sites, including archives.nyphil.org and other online services that link to this Notice.

This Notice does not apply to:

Children Under 13

The Digital Archives Sites are not intended for unsupervised use by children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13 without parental consent.

If you believe a child has provided Personal Information without parental consent, please contact the Digital Archives team.
